Salary: £36,640 FTE or £180/day (self employed)

Our Youth Work Manager is taking a planned period of leave for several months from August 2026. We’re looking for an interim manager to oversee our team of youth workers and busy timetable of provision in Wallingford and Didcot, including open-access youth clubs, detached and outreach work, mentoring, and targeted support. The role includes overseeing provision, supervising staff and volunteers, safeguarding and the opportunity to work directly with young people.
